The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) conferred its highest award, the Jorge Barlin Golden Cross, to ATTY. MARIA CONCEPCION S. NOCHE.
Atty. Noche is President of the Alliance for the Family Foundation Philippines, Inc. (ALFI) and she is also Vice Dean and Law Program Director of the School of Law and Governance (SLG) of University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) .

The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) recently conferred its highest award, the Jorge Barlin Golden Cross, to Atty. Maria Concepcion Noche for her “outstanding and genuine service” to the Church, “exemplifying the ideals” of the first Filipino bishop Barlin. Vice Dean and Law Program Director of the School of Law and Governance (SLG), Atty. Noche is only the fourth person to receive Jorge Barlin Golden Cross.Archbishop Socrates Villegas presented the award to Atty. Noche at the Pius XII Center in Manila where the bishops held their 114th plenary meeting.
