This letter explains, in detail, the actions ALFI has taken on the re-certification and re-evaluation of contraceptive drugs and devices.

As of this writing, ALFI has not received any indication from either DOH or FDA (no public hearings nor consultations) on the matter. And yet, there are published reports on the relentless promotion and administration of devices/drugs, in blatant disregard of the Supreme Court’s decision on the RH Law.
