The Episcopal Commission on Family and Life (ECFL) of the CBCP held its national conference at the Diversion 21 Hotel, Iloilo City on February 16-17, 2024. It was attended by the ECFL Chairman, Bishop Jesse Mercado, and Executive Secretary, Fr. Rico Ayo, other bishops, priests and lay members from different dioceses around the country.
ALFI President, Atty. Girlie Noche, spoke about the Current Public Policy Concerns affecting Family and Life. She also spurred the participants to action by proposing a list of concrete actions and initiatives to further the pro-life advocacy.
